Pumpkin Pie Dip

This easy-to-make, healthy snack is perfect for Halloween parties and other fall gatherings.

PUMPKIN PIE DIP INGREDIENTS

  • 15-ounce can pumpkin

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 6 oz fat free vanilla greek yogurt

  • 8 oz light whipped cream

  • Sliced apples for dipping

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Mix the pumpkin with the brown sugar, vanilla and spices, and blend well.

  • Mix in the yogurt.

  • Fold in the whipped cream.

  • Place the dip in the refrigerator to chill until you are ready to eat.

  • Serve the dip with apple slices.
