Sunrise Smoothie
What’s the perfect thing to start your summer day? A Sunrise Smoothie. It’s like a glass of sunshine in itself.
Serves 1
A taste of sunshine to start your day off right!
Ingredients
1 cup almond milk, plain and unsweetened
2 heaping tbsp. of coconut milk (the canned kind)
2 tbsp. of unsweetened, shredded coconut
1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder (Jay Robb Vanilla Whey Protein is a good one)
1/2 cup of frozen mango
1/2 cup of pineapple (frozen, fresh, or canned will work!)
1 giant handful of spinach (you'll never know it's in there!)
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Take a sip and smile.
